Each device/network is only eligible for one free trial, even across multiple accounts — this stops abuse of the trial system. If you believe this happened in error, email us and we'll take a look.

Go to your Profile page and tap "Delete Account" near the bottom. This permanently and immediately removes your account and all associated data — there's no undo, so make sure before confirming.

Yes — we offer a 48-hour, no-questions-asked refund on your first Pro payment. Email us within 48 hours of subscribing and we'll refund you in full. After that window, that payment isn't refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep Pro access until your current period ends.

Go to your Profile page and manage your subscription there, or email us and we'll cancel it for you. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period — no partial-period cutoff.
